To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every client, a valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. As each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations prevent the opportunity to accommodate other clients. That said, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible—your situation will always be taken into thoughtful consideration. Late Arrivals: Please notify me if you anticipate running late. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. • Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation due to scheduling constraints. If an appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged accordingly.
