All new clients must come to appointment with bare nails. If that is not possible please add a “foreign removal” to your service. I require all my clients to have a card on file. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs or fail to show up at your appointment with no notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (this is due to me holding your spot and being unable to fill it). Cancellations can be last minute due to a number of reasons. If something happens please let me know! I am very understanding and will take your situation into consideration💝 Late policy: Please let me know if you know you are going to be late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service charge. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a chance I will have to cancel your appointment due to time. Last minute cancellations will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. I prompt all my clients to read my cancellation policy. Failure to read my Cancellation/Late Policy does not take it out of effect.
